Wednesday, December 28th
[Alamo] 11:00 PM – Deputies attempted to contact a man who had reportedly locked his keys in a car near the Alamo Plaza Shopping Center. He ran, but deputies caught up with him before he made it home. He was ultimately arrested by CHP for stealing a vehicle nearby.
[San Ramon] 11:30 PM – Officers were called to the Chevron gas station after someone found blood inside the bathroom.
Thursday, December 29th
[Mt Diablo] 8:00 AM – Officers responded to a distress call from a California State Parks Ranger reporting he needed immediate assistance. The ranger was able to pepper spray and detain a man who was under the influence of methamphetamine near the junction.
[Danville] 4:00 PM – Police were called to the area of Camino Tassajara and Diablo Road after a motorist reportedly popped two tires by crashing into a parked forklift.
[San Ramon] 6:30 PM – Police responded to California High School where juveniles were reportedly throwing PVC pipes.
[Danville] 7:00 PM – Officers discovered a homeless encampment on Laurel Drive under I-680. No transients were located.
[San Ramon] 11:00 PM – Police were called after a neighbor was reported he was being continuously harassed by people attempting to deliver pizza to his residence, even though he never ordered pizza.
Friday, December 30th
[Alamo] 3:30 PM – An adult was struck by a vehicle near the Bank of America. The victim was transported to the hospital.
[Danville] 4:00 PM – Police responded to a report that a subject was hitting golf balls from the San Ramon Valley High School parking lot toward the direction of Starbucks. He was not located.
[San Ramon] 4:30 PM – Officers were called to See’s Candy after an employee and a customer were in a verbal altercation about the customer not being able to redeem his Costco gift cards.
[Danville] 11:00 PM – Officers responded to a report of a fight at the Danville Bowl. A suspect reportedly assaulted an employee. He was not located.
[Danville] 11:00 PM – An officer took a driver of a vehicle into custody at gunpoint on Camino Tassajara after the officer discovered the vehicle had been reported stolen.
Saturday, December 31st
[San Ramon] 6:00 PM – A drone operator was contacted after he was spotted flying near the Bishop Ranch “holiday tree.”
[San Ramon] 7:00 PM – Police responded to a report of a male subject soliciting “looks, charm and personality.”
Police received more than 6 reports of fireworks on the night of the new year. There was one DUI arrest in Danville.
Sunday, January 1st
[San Ramon] 12:00 AM – Officers were called to the Marriott after an employee was assaulted by an alleged “gang member” during an altercation in the main ballroom. The employee was bleeding when police arrived but refused medical attention.
[Danville] 1:00 AM – Officers were called to a residence on Lily Court after a resident awoke and found a man pounding on his back door. The man paused, urinated in the backyard, then fell over. Officers arrived and discovered the man lived next door. He was (you guessed it) heavily intoxicated.
