Weekly Drama: May 2016 – Week One
Monday, May 3rd
[Alamo] 1 PM – Sheriff Deputies responded to a report of a suspicious subject asking if they could pick cherries from the resident’s trees.
[San Ramon] 2PM – Police Officers responded to a report of a suspicious subject scooping coins out of a fountain using a kitty litter scooper. It’s unknown how much money he made off with.
[Danville] 9:30 AM – An alert neighbor called police after seeing an individual run from their neighbor’s home near Greenbrook Dr. Officers pursued the suspect and he was taken into custody for residential burglary. You can read more here.
Wednesday, May 5th
[Danville] 7 PM – Firefighters and CHP officers responded to a report of a vehicle accident on the El Pintado south-bound offramp. The passenger, who had been ejected from the vehicle, was transported to the hospital.
Thursday, May 6th
[Danville] 3:30 PM – Officers were dispatched to a report that a vehicle crashed into a tree, then into the side of a residence, before fleeing on Greenbrook Dr. The suspect was eventually located.
[San Ramon] 8PM – Police were called after the occupants of a vehicle doing “donuts” in a parking lot blew marijuana smoke on a citizen and her child.
[San Ramon] 11 PM – Officers responded to the Hop Yard after someone reported a physical altercation involving a group of male subjects in front of the business. Officers responded and checked the area but were unable to locate anything.
Friday, May 7th
[San Ramon] 8:30 PM – Police contacted a homeless subject using a camping stove to cook on the Iron Horse Trail. It’s unknown what he was cooking.
[San Ramon] 9 PM – After recieving multiple reports of loud noises in the area, officers responded to a report of a loud party involving “professional grade fireworks.”
