Friday, May 13th
[Blackhawk] 8:30 PM – Deputies were dispatched to a house party after the homeowner saw juveniles inside his residence via security camera. It was determined that they had entered the home and had a party. Read more here.
Saturday, May 14th
[San Ramon] 11 AM – San Ramon celebrated the opening of the new city hall and skatepark. See our coverage of the events here.
[Danville] 5 PM – Police were dispatched to a report of a female driving a Hyundai with no hands on the wheel while applying makeup. She was also using the shoulder to pass other vehicles.
[Danville] 11:30 PM – Officers were notified of juveniles having a “sideshow” in the parking lot of Monte Vista School while other kids were swimming in the pool.
Monday, May 16th
[Diablo] 5:30 – Firefighters were called to aid a female who had been involved in a golf cart accident. Arriving firefighters found the golf cart had gone down an embankment and into a telephone pole. Luckily, the woman walked away without injury.
[San Ramon] Police were called to the parking lot of Walmart after a suspicious subject asked a citizen if they would like to buy methamphetamine. The subject was contacted by police.
Tuesday, May 17th
[Danville] A citizen sitting at a bus stop in downtown Danville called after a suspicious subject asked them if they would like to buy drugs. As the caller declined, the suspect, who looked “out of it” attempted to kick the caller’s dog. Police contacted the individual who is what you would call a… “frequent flyer.”
[Danville] Officers responded to a report that an eleven-year-old boy had been chased by a large man near San Ramon Valley High School. After a search of the area, officers were unable to locate the boy or his pursuers, leaving everyone scratching their heads.
Saturday, May 21st
[Danville] 3:22 PM – Firefighters from the San Ramon Valley Fire Protection District responded to a report of a solar panel fire on the roof of a residence. A concerned neighbor notified homeowners after she witnessed smoke coming from their residence. The homeowner says the solar panels were on recall due to fire concerns and were slated for replacement the next day.
[Blackhawk] 4:30 PM – Sheriff deputies responded to a report that a man was passed out inside a vehicle with a gun sitting on the seat in the parking lot of the Blackhawk Plaza. Deputies responded and discovered that the weapon was a BB gun, but the subject was placed under arrest on other charges.
Sunday, May 22nd
[San Ramon] 12:30 AM – Police and firefighters responded to a report that a vehicle had crashed into a parked car on Davona Dr. A juvenile was reportedly stumbling in the area following the crash. It was determined that he was the driver; alcohol may have been a factor in the crash.
