Teens face five felony, two misdemeanor counts in San Ramon flare gun incidents
SAN RAMON – Police have announced the charges faced by the four juveniles accused of launching lit flares at homes Saturday night.
Police say all four juveniles are each facing five felony counts: three counts of Felony Arson of an Inhabited Dwelling and two counts of Felony Vandalism. In addition, they are all facing two counts of misdemeanor vandalism. They are all being held without bail.
All four of the teenagers range in 15 to 16 years of age. Three of them are from San Ramon and one hails from Danville. The suspect vehicle was located in Danville Sunday night. Police located multiple flares inside the suspect vehicle during a search.
