Danville Police investigate fatal shooting on Fostoria Way

DANVILLE – Police are investigating a homicide that occurred Sunday afternoon near Fostoria Way. At approximately 2:25 p.m. February 24, 2019, officers were dispatched to the 3400 block of Fostoria Way on a report of gunshots.

On arrival, officers located the body of a deceased adult male, dead of gunshot wounds. The incident remains under investigation. The identity of the victim is not being released, pending the notification of next of kin.
