Pair Arrested Driving Stolen Vehicle in Danville
Danville Police Department Officers assigned to crime suppression Tuesday arrested a 22-year old Martinez woman and 34-year old Concord man found to be in possession of a stolen vehicle.
Lt. Allan Shields said that at approximately 11:47 a.m. officers made contact with the couple in a parking lot in the 3100 block of Fostoria Way. Officers spoke with Holly Webster, 22, of Martinez, andRaymond Pattillo, 34, of Concord. Pattillo was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant for violation of the terms of his Post-Release Community Supervision (PRCS). Webster was found to have drug paraphernalia on her person, resulting in her arrest on probation violation and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The vehicle the pair were associated with was determined to have been stolen from the Pittsburg BART station and also had stolen license plates from another vehicle.
The pair were taken into custody and booked into the Martinez Detention Facility.
Lt. Shields said he was happy with the results.
“Getting the extra resources into the community allows us the opportunity to make contacts that can lead to arrests,” he said. “This, along with the heightened awareness and care being exhibited in the community, will help bring the level of property crimes down in Danville.”
