Victim robbed of watch in Danville neighborhood Tuesday
DANVILLE – A victim was reportedly robbed at gunpoint in the Meridian neighborhood Tuesday evening.
According to Danville Police Chief Allan Shields, at 6:21 pm on Tuesday, officers responded to a report of an armed robbery near the intersection of Windchime Drive and Manchester Street.
An early investigation of the incident revealed that two black male adults wearing dark clothing with hoods approached a man near his parked vehicle, brandished handguns and demanded property, Shields said.
The two males were able to forcibly take property from the victim and fled in a black 2008 Ford Taurus with faded paint driven by a white male adult.
The Meridian neighborhood is located near the intersection of Camino Tassajara and Liverpool Street.
