Women burglarize Alamo home during real estate open house
ALAMO – Authorities are investigating a residential burglary in which items were taken a home during a real estate open house in July.
According to the Contra Costa Sheriff’s Office, multiple suspects entered a home on Valley Oaks Drive in Alamo on Sunday, July 16, 2017. One suspect allegedly distracted the realtor inside the residence while another suspect stole jewelry and watches that belonged to the homeowner.
The burglary was reported by the homeowner when they returned home to find their belongings missing, a Sheriff’s Office spokesperson said.
The two suspects are described as African American females, in their 20’s, approximately 5’6″ tall, with a heavy build.
